My Journey

My journey into therapy began with my own ‘self-discovery’. A journey that has led me to here, with a better understanding of myself and others; with their own experiences.

Experience:

I have experience in providing counselling and psychotherapy in various local communities within West London. I currently work both privately and in the NHS; whereby I provide my services within GP surgeries, via referrals.

I have worked as a Student Counsellor at Royal Holloway University, providing brief and solution-focused therapy to National and International students. At Phoenix Counselling Services, providing long-term counselling to people of all ages within the West London area. Within my training at Metanoia Institute, I worked within their counselling services, providing long-term counselling to people within the local area.

Relationship Issues, Individual and Couples Counselling, Depression and Anxiety.
